All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than our own error in processing or shipping your order.

Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival: We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Reporting a Discrepancy:
- To report a mistake on our part, please email us at Gokoaworkshop@gmail.com and include your order number.
- Include clear photos of the item(s) received, along with a description of the error.

Return Approval and Process:
- If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for the return process.
- Returned item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging.

Refund or Replacement:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference.

Shipping Costs:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for items we have mistakenly shipped. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed when shipped to third-party pickup locations, lockers, or packaging stations.

- Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
